What You Will Need
- Your bank routing number. Located on a check issued to you by your bank in the far lower left corner.
- Your bank account number. Located on a check issued to you by your bank in the lower center next to the routing number.
- Your Red Sulphur PSD account number. This will be located on your bill. (See red box on sample)
- Your Red Sulphur PSD service address. This will also be located on your bill. (See green box on sample) Spelling and punctuation must be exact!
- Once you have all of these ready, please click the Pay My Bill button to be directed to the payment webpage.

How to Make a payment
The Red Sulphur Public Service District offers both electronic check (ACH/EFT) and credit card payment options. There is a convenience fee for making a payment by credit/debit card and the fee amount varies by card type. There is no fee for making a payment by electronic check.
Click “Login” in the upper right hand corner. Enter your username/password and click “Login.” Click on “Pay Utilities” under the Make Payments Folder located on the left hand side of the screen. Follow the prompts to make your payment. Once you hit “Submit,” changes may not be made to your payment. Contact the PSD if you need to make corrections.
PAYMENT PORTAL RULES
Only the balance from your last statement will be displayed in the payment portal. If you pay more than the current statement balance, the amount you overpaid by will be applied to your next statement balance.
WEB PAY ISSUES
If you encounter any issues with Web Pay, please contact the PSD. If the payment portal is down or unavailable, payment must still be made by the due date or late fees will apply. Payments may also be made in the office or drop box.
